I spoke with AK yesterday he said permits were still progressing. It'll be approved when its approved, I'm sure they have ticked every box, crossed every T and dotted every I. Miss steps don't fit AK's MO, the current climate around getting as much "stuff" out of the ground as quick as possible by the governments would also lend to this likely being a mere formality.
