I love how for the past few months people have been losing their minds about needing the permits now, needing this yesterday, that the day before. this is (imo only of course) a long-term play. for me 'long term' isn't 3-6 months as it seems to be for the 'new investor' - its 3-5 years. I think in 3-5 years the landscape for ROG will be verrrrry different. I look forward to that.
