If they can stop cheating in casino's then more like 350 million is easy to translate with only potential downside i can think of being "money laundering" issues. As lets face it they have been playing that game for a while with Las Vegas being built on corrupt money, therefore some may not want to adopt, if this is still happening in places like Honk Kong etc..
Wish i didn't hesitate this morning will wait/hope for pull back.
