It depends what you are buying for? Short term isn’t great but medium to longer term is good. As a medium to longer term investor, I am happy to accumulate at these prices. I can’t see why the share price wouldn’t grow on average of 15 % per year for the next 4 years as the global and local economy recovers?
Try make those returns on real estate over the next 4 years.
I guess everyone has their own views but to me it’s a no brainer. All IMO and DYOR
