The board have oddly enough mention about the placement that took place in May 2019 which they said that due to delay in shareholder approval, $600,000 of funds was not placed at 7 cents a share. Does that mean they will now honoured it at the price of 7 cents while other investors will have the opportunity for the new equity to be raised at maybe 5 cents.
