Well this is a key market and certainly the most strategic for their technology. I foresee huge market potential. I thought large scale projects would struggle to gain traction as that industry is just so ingrained in norms and don’t seem to adapt to new tech. I always though the key market is micro farms/home growers, the ones that don’t have the luxury of land can be more strategic in space optimisation and utilise efficient technology. If roots can give a competitive edge to micro growers, it’ll squeeze the larger players margins and essentially force them into change. This play is clever and exactly how I’d target my product.
The tech has proven yield results, this is bottom line stuff, it’s the driver of business profits. I’m excited by this and may increase my holdings on this announcement.
