it is one thing to appoint a distributer who says he is going to have certain targets ( we all have goals ), but now that distributer has to hit the pavement and find and convince a person to take a shot be the first to do it. Not always a easy thing to do. History is paved with early adopters who failed.
Not being a dooms dayer here just saying it might be a slow start in these new markets. It is the next quarterly that is going to give some idea as to how sales are actually going. That is why I believe the sp hasn't charged ahead like some had hoped. They are waiting to see the runs on the board.
I believe the technology is a winner, I do suspect it could be easily replicated, but it will be the early mover who gets a large market share and maintains it through perhaps having there own type pipe of fittings and such so it can't be easily interchangeable to a cheaper source.
