Solid range tightening as well, both on the highs and lows. Low volatility begets high volatility they say!
Break and hold over 0.021 will be major bullish sign and should see this run.

The buy wall at 0.019 is also helping to really form the base structure of a nice run.

This latest announcement should've also been price sensitive imho.
