Likely so tsuba. Neither AN1 nor HNG have given any indication of managing AN1’s rights and entitlement under its Lyramid/ Midkine agreement.
That AN1 was mismanaged to insolvency including by their idiotic M&A obsession and yet their wayward restructure recklessly promises more of the same nonsense indicates they have no commercial idea.
Now the fiefdom has been awakened to the value in the Midkine agreement you can imagine their hurried reshape of the never ending restructure to craft an M&A to divest that golden egg along the lines speculated here last week. Shameful!
