What’s going on with AN1/our financial entitlement from Roqueford’s sale of Lyramid?
AN1’s ann 10 days ago said it knew nothing about the detail and was in dialogue with Roqueford. So what was discussed Sandy Beard and why no further ann for continuing disclosure compliance?
SB made a similar commitment last year to find out about the then licensing Midkine dealing and would inform the market but hasn’t. What are the AN1 directors doing to comply with their statutory duties to manage this licensing asset?
