Yeah, I agree Dunover. Right from when they did that first deal with that guy/mob in the Caribbean somewhere was when the rat smelling odour became too big to ignore. Imagine what the likes of the ASIC would soon stumble upon if they actually started just ripping off the scab of some of these M&A deals...
A big clue is when, after delving into the fundamentals, you find yourself asking "why would they bother?".
