There are many people in a similar position to mine though - bought around 12-16c well over a year ago and have been sitting on a big loss between then and now. All of us have watched the repeated drilling, getting to this stage, full of optimism, then disappointment. It's no surprise at all if someone decides to jump out right at this point, in fact, I'm very surprised it hasn't happened more. I expected people in my position who are more keen to sell than I am to be keeping the price lower than it is now.

I would not be at all surprised to find out that either of two people I know personally were the seller (both bought around the time I did, in larger quantity), and I have no doubt there are more that I don't know about. I also know a couple of others who bought smaller quantities than I did who would probably sell out in the same way if they were holding that much, although I'm not sure if either still holds (and neither ever held 400,000 shares).

When the price was around 12c I was tempted to reduce by around that number of shares, but I didn't. I didn't reduce then and I'm less tempted to reduce now. If we went above 15-20c on speculation between now and any more news I probably would take the opportunity to reduce, but I don't think it's likely; I'll probably be riding the lot through to either glory or disappointment.
