I think the financing is where our chairman will come into his own, as that is his forté. If I recall correctly, AM's 'remuneration' in AGY is exclusively in shares (as is his involvement in other ASX companies), and he will be focused on maximising SH returns while ensuring the financial trajectory and viability of the company over the appropriate time-scales until it is self-funding. Aligned self-interest of management/BOD is a wonderful thing - and should be a key criteria for any investment in junior stocks. AGY has it in spades.
