re: Ann: Rothschild Appointed as Strategic Ad... all in all another great announcement. great to see a proven corporate independent appointed to manage the many negotiations and critical discussions that have been taking place and will take place in the future.
this just sends out another message to all possible suitors that this is a serious play and only those who are prepared to fight and come to the table with the best offer will succeed. Cannot help thinking that this is another Dattels initiated move, especially considering what deals Rothschild have been critically involved with over the last few years.
The leach testing is yet another bit of cream on top of the cake.
I have mentioned this to others before though, don't expect much price movement for at least another week or so until the whole KAH capital raising has been completed. there's no way in the world KAH are going to want this to get wings again before the 12th and have to pay a hefty premium for there future investment!!
finally, great to see some more informative posters coming back on board!
