The appointment of such a respected and renowned "global" advisor will also ensure that anyone interested in Rossing South will be brought to the negotiation table before any deal is struck. IMO it further confirms the global significance of Rossing South.
It should also give EXT shareholders the confidence that the final outcome will not be overly influenced by any one shareholder but will be more likely to be based upon an independant assessment of the options.
