Adam's lost a decent chunk of credibility on the back of this. Luckily he's made some brokers and "institutional and sophisticated investors" happy... so at least he will be able to raise again in the future to fund his wages, should he continue to fail to deliver anything remotely concrete.

I'd be fuming if I was a big holder of this and didn't get a decent look at participating.
