    Different people might have different opinions, I see this announcement as not so profound decisive move from RGI management, right now there isn't any strategic necessity to move CSE.
    We don't need funds for any bigger opportunities right now, just because someone asked management team if they are CSE listed at fair, RGI is initiating this move, consolidating shares and dilution. Michael should just execute few deals first.
