SO they have to buy 624 units of model 710 by Dec 31 NEXT YEAR at $14000 per unit (8.7 million dollars) or have I misunderstood?

But during the first 5 years they also have the right to make their own 710 units for a royalty of $2000 per unit?

Also who are Verity Greens? The closest I could find was Verity Corp. (currently trading at 4.2c USD) whose weblink goes to a dead page.
