Ravenquest Biomed Inc. has been served with a statement of claim from Roto-Gro Inc. The claim alleges infringement of a Canadian patent related to a stackable modular rotatable gardening system.
Ravenquest has developed and built the intellectual property surrounding its unique Orbital Garden, and at this time believes the claim to be without merit. The board of directors of Ravenquest has commenced a review of the claim, and has engaged counsel to defend its intellectual property rights and ensure that its business interests are fully protected.
