I'd like to be a fly on the wall in George Robinson's office.
I wonder how much his Board knows about his involvement in copying our machines. The man is so full of hype & spin I wouldn't mind betting the Board had no idea. I bet Robinson's phone has been running red hot since we served our notice. Certainly he hasn't released anything to his shareholders about this (sedar.com). In fact they just appointed 2 new Directors to their board at the Nov 1 AGM. He'll have to disclose this to the market & guess what'll happen to his already depressed share price.
The Board is legally responsible for his actions, they'll be demanding a please explain & no doubt a legal opinion.
When his larger shareholders find out, I'm quite sure they'll say "FIX IT". They wont accept the spin re prior art - a simple google search dismisses that garbage.
His only option is to eat humble pie & come crawling to us, the longer he leaves it, the more his company will hurt.
