If I remember correct the case was against RQB and George himself as well as another entity
I would have thought George would have some kind of insurance against this, or even some assets to his name which RGI would be able to claim. That is if the RQB shareholders haven't sued him into oblivion already. Going by the posts on stockhouse however it seems they're still trying to build a case, I have my doubts they will ever get into it.

I'm no lawyer though so best everyone just ignore my ramblings
