I spoke to Adam this morning, he was at a BBQ, some of my questions he fielded off to other people there (like Jim Gallant), so looks like it's a happy family if the staff socialise together - but that's off the subject.

Re the board/management changes, previously it was hard to get anything done, although Adam didn't say it, I know Michael Carli is a very busy man with his law practice, various charities etc. I asked specifically about Natham Lude as he has ties to Freshero. Natham just had too much on his plate however still works closely with the company. End result we now have a full time CEO with full autonomy, a board that can move a lot quicker so things will get done in a more timely fashion. I mentioned the general tone of this forum where people are sick of waiting for signed deals etc etc, he is very much aware of this and with the new structure hopes to fast track some existing & future deals.

At least one of these new JVs they mention in the Quarterly will be signed & announced within the next 2 months.

They will be able to provide pictures of MV's 1st crop soon. Apparently this is going very well. Their own testing is also surpassing expectations, I think Adam said they'd done 19 strains and all had yielded at least 8lbs. The strawberries are also a complete success. Taste wise there is a Brix test (google it) and our strawberries far surpass what our supermarkets stock. I didn't realise this, all commercial strawberries are hand picked. A picker can actually be seated on a suspended chair inside the drum as it revolves around him. This is OH&S wise the safest and most efficient of all commercial harvesting methods.

The supermarket chain is on Freshero's back to get things moving. The full automation is not far off being completed whereby Freshero will have a show room to show its customers the fully automated process. This is not for more testing and will not delay their first full facility which as per the July presentation will have 720 machines. That will be the 1st of many large orders. MV & FP are happy for us to show prospective customers thru their facility. Rotogro believe having a fully functioning facility will be a massive trigger for other potential customers. I suppose seeing is believing - especially in relation to yields, costs etc.
