IM must bee feeling good. $150k if the deal fails, a paid seat on the board of MZN if it's successful, cash in the bank at RXL plus interest payments from MZN. That's quite a pay rise! Oh and an option on the future of either company if they should somehow succeed in developing something.
Not a bad turnaround from being almost out of cash (see last quarterly).
Apologies if this sounds a bit too cynical. I am not down-ramping but IM has certainly ensured his financial success for the next few years. All part of the game I guess.
I was a long term holder. Kind of wary about getting back in with all these shenanigans.
