Well, this CR is result is well expected to me, considering the recent SP positions and gold sector sentiment. At least RR did not make it big and dilute shares hard in such low market sentiment environment.
Unless RR sees good expanding opportunities imminent in the view, otherwise perhaps he should consider conserving the raised cash and the funds after selling CNR. Re-launch activities when gold market sentiment is back up again (which is likely on the way now).
AP was idiotic to have left the company in such dire finance situation. ROX was cornered and got not choice but to accept such low balled CR. I'd say next CR price will be more likely higher than this one, if RR performs as some suggested.
