Why would VMC sell at 13c they don't need the money and fact their neighbor DRE has a trading holt in place they are about to announce a JORC for their Henderson ree project that's right next door to their holding on top of that they have very good deal with RXL add to that a huge vanadium discovery and a very prospective lithium tenement, basically they have real prospects but perhaps when RXL is close to a decision to mine then VMCs share in RXL may be for sale who knows but I doubt VMC will sell for a low price .
