agree to a point, but RXL is selling itself as a development story focusing on delivering a FS for Youanmi. the market doesn't like it when management wavers for the original plan, it signals flaws in the project real or imagined.
another Penny would yield a good sale price to neighbouring mills, but this is all about bringing a refractory project into production is it not? So more, better quality, higher confidence refractory ounces required otherwise the waters are muddied.
