If it was a great project Venus would have just kept 30% and funded their share, isn’t that what you would’ve done? The deal so far has saved Venus a lot of money and a lot of dilution since 2019 and delivered some cash and now a lot of stock. We will know if they unload their stock over the next 12 months.
