    Venus' business model is not to develop projects into production.
    They're game is early exploration, sell a stake in a JV to inject fresh cash to explore for the next discovery and sit back free carried to a decision to mine and look to liquidate their position in the JV when it needs more cash or the project needs to advance and they're getting a tap on the shoulder to contribute.
