These raises are just annoying for existing holders. $26M raised for specific individuals and a paltry $1M for existing shareholders. With a maximum limit of $30 000 for a shareholder if there are some 33 shareholders who do the maximum, then the maximum is achieved.
I simply can't understand why they don't do a pre-issue enquiry. i.e. if we were to offer shares at $0.14, how many shares would you consider buying?
Anyway, I will do some form of participation, but not happy to see share value diluted for inadequate reason.
