I guess the BOD are just looking after their mates rather than we retail shareholders I mean why wouldn’t the BOD want to raise another $26m from retail shareholders at a time when exploration is positive and POG high? IMHO because to do so would further dilute holdings and suppress the SP and the new investors wouldn’t like that. The irony is that the faster Youanmi is brought into production the more all shareholders will profit. This could prove to be a missed opportunity for the BOD to raise money it will need.
