Since they offered 210M to MGV, given that RXL is already 4 times more valuable than MGV...Which effectively puts a fair value of 840M to RXL (at least) without the recent drilling program and updated MRE.
not to mention how things are moving towards being backed by commodities...it may be stupid to give up the exposure as a de-risking strategy IMO
