Rox now has the Board it needs to transition to a mid-tier producer from 2027.

In both cases the share price rose substantially soon afterwards.
Phil Wilding is incredibly busy working towards the DFS, so delayed joining the Board, but it became untenable to allow the Board in its current form to continue.
The exit of Hogan is especially welcome imo.

Interesting to note that he is the Managing Director of Carawine Resources currently under a tortuous TO from Q Gold, a Rox substantial holder.
With no new shares issued needed to raise cash before the DFS, apart from options at 25 cps, instos are effectively locked out of the share registry, except by buying on the market.
Trading patterns suggest that is exactly what they are doing and that it’s positive for the share price.
