Just one initial comment zencol the so called forgiving the $6.2 million yes but that money has been spent on the entire asset an asset which VMC no longer own , the money needed to be spent to get the asset ton where it is and RXL will reap the rewards of that spend so in reality not an issue . Win Win on both sides RXL is now 100% owner which will greatly assist in financing when the time comes .
