We have mentioned the need for K2F to land some bigger dollar contracts numerous times over the past year or two.

And now just in the last week, we have had large $ contract renewals / announcements for:

FMG - Infoscope - 3 year deal $1.455mm / $485,000 per year

Roy Hill - Sateva - 5 year deal $2.44m / $488,000 per year

These bigger dollar deals with really stoke up the revenues for K2F, and also pave the way to profitability for this business in the near future.

RCubed was an outstanding acquisition for K2F.

Given that the purchase price for Sateva was around $2.0m in K2F script, it also looks like Sateva will be a brilliant addition to the K2F range of products (on great terms).
