If you bothered to read what Accumul8r wrote in the other thread and did a tiny bit of research based on comments that challenged your own way of thinking, then you'd know that the dutch ECA is worthless. Here's a hint, you actually mentioned it in your post but haven't put two and two together.
Regardless, happy to be proven wrong and the dutch ECA comes through, but having done by own DD - I'm no longer betting on this potential outcome.
Re: dilutive vs non-dilutive, agreed that it's seriously a dumb argument - which is why people need to stop using it as a reason why this funding deal is so good. The funding deal is good on its own. Period. No need to go on about how it's non-dilutive, which is inaccurate.
The PFS has been delayed because they've run out of money.....lol....do you seriously think that they'd delay the PFS because they can get it cheaper elsewhere...whilst they burn shareholder money and coffers run dry
