They have the right to demand repayment after 2 years, but what is the point of demanding repayment from a company that has no revenue?
Just because they have the right doesn’t mean they will, so I get your point but I’d take a bit more time to think about what that actually means.
Not saying you shouldn’t sell though. There are definite risks here so it’s up to you what risks you think are acceptable and not
