It does appear to be a bit of a headfake. A bit of a red day in the US coupled with an announcement provides an opportunity to push the shareprice down.
Clearly trying to create some panic to separate a few retail holders from their shares. This won't be long lived and touch wood, we are already seeing a bit of a recovery.
