Beg to disagree, There is no way it could finance the Longonjo Capex ! Miyabi won't even be in production till 2022 at which time Longonjo will already be built and operating ~ besides which Longonjo is already basically financed.
Tanzania has just screwed Barrick into a free carried 50/50 profit sharing deal. The Government/President is now holding out on issuing PEK with a Mining Licence ie they want a bigger cut !.
As I mentioned earlier, If we want a Gold mine, there is one just over the hill, no need to make life harder than it already is.
