a couple of things,
Now the royalty covers all tenements,where it didn't before.
Sliding scale,but we haven't been told what it is,which probably means its not great at higher prices.
DYOR+DYODD Sound like the noose has been loosened,but just got a lot thicker in diameter.Either way the noose is still there,even if you think your breathing a bit easier now.
