Surely an invoice showing an amount and gst is the most basic of business documentation. How could any accountant pay ANY amount without an invoice? If they did then they shouldn't have a job! Looks to me like Vendetta might have successfully shot themselves in the foot, scored an own goal and stuffed up regally by tearing up their royalty agreement.
