The best I can offer you is the Royalty Update from 25 Feb 2019:
Red River has made royalty payments to TCM totalling approximately $1.9 million in respect of production up to 30 June 2018
Red River has made every reasonable attempt to make payment of further royalties to TCM for the period from 1 July 2018 to 28 December 2018, in the amount of approximately $1.22 million
And the Quarterly Report from December 2018:
$4.0 million in royalty payments relating to FY18 sales were paid to the Queensland Goverment and Thalanga Copper Mines during the quarter
In one of the conference calls around that time, Mel gave a more detailed explanation of the royalties. Mainly relating to the Queensland government.
You can also find the Thalanga Copper Mines annual reports via Google. They received $1.87m in royalties in 2019 and zero royalties in 2020.
In response to my own post above, I made a glaring omission. There is only ~2 years of mine life left at Far West, so the future royalty payments likely cover that duration.
