You do realise the 20mill would have been paid from the prior two years and the following two years regardless of this outcome? The only difference is it's not ongoing. People shocked by this have not done due diligence in their investing and realised this has been an ongoing issue for years that is finally coming to an end. Not amazing but behind all the noise it's a decent outcome DYOR.
