Wow! What news to start the day and week!
It’s fantastic that a second person from the 30 microgram cohort has now experienced improved vision AND that the vision of the first patient has continued to improve!

Over the long, dark history of this disorder nothing (repeat: NOTHING) has ever helped. Some drug companies try to “gild” the effectiveness of their treatments by saying they “slow the progression” of the disorder. The best others can do in some cases is to “halt” the progress of deterioration.
PYC’s treatment appears to not only stop vision deterioration but to reverse it. Of course nobody knows how much reversal is possible, and in which patients. Only time will tell.

In the meantime, I am glad of the ray of sunshine this news must bring to RP11 patients. I’m also glad of the tinge of green it brings to my otherwise sick-looking portfolio!
