Traders don't like low volumes like this, but to see such little volume at a decent premium to a recent CR is an incredibly good sign for longer term investors as to how tightly held this is. No one wants to sell, we've ticked that important box, now all we need is for a large buyer to like what they see and this'll move very fast upwards with little resistance to slow it down.
