Regal put forward a fair offer, and your board didn't show any appetite.
Couple that with the fact - you all wanted to milk more money out of the deal - which is fair enough.

Everyone loves to go after King because he shorts crappy companies. Yet, no one says a thing about every other manager pumping the crappy stocks and leaving investors holding it when it flops.
