Australian securities law has been turned into high farce, what is the point of having any securities law if it is never enforced, no one ever goes to prison for wantonly breaking it and Regal just behaves the way it does.
It is like the Deep South, AUstralia is, you are right AUstralia is probably worthless and everything in it when the Australian securities law is treated like a joke or comic book and ASIC does absolutely nothing to enforce it.
WHy play by the rules, if nobody else does?
ASX is as corrupt as everything else in Australia has become corrupted.
