My thoughts are as follows - as per previous call, management indicated more than 2 bidders at the table - obv we haven't gotten a binding bid yet and that's disappointing. The wording as per this Regal disclosure is also sus - it's almost like a girl - > regal is saying "nothing has changed re value of co" and still "strategic" asset, not forgetting regal owns 16% of share cap still.
Assuming 8 down 12 up (1x NAV), market is pricing 50/50 odds here for a target w multiple bidders.
