I've never said it's not eligible. The big question mark is on what basis will it be approved, given that the data must be deemed "necessary" which is a huge question mark still.
If they released the expert report to the market it would clear up a lot imo
There is still then the matter of why would a doctor prescribe it unless they can demonstrate success and efficacy after launch in Australia, which is still yet to be seen.
