What I have noticed with RPM is;
2021- Shares on issue 141m, SP 0.31
2022- Shares on issue 157m, SP 0.265
2023- Shares on issue 183m, SP 0.135
Current- Shares on issue 196m, SP 0.082 (8/2/24)
The Revenue growth and Profitability of this Company looks amazing on the charts. However management are beating down the SP for shareholders by diluting shares with CR and options.
I have bought small and RPM is on the watchlist.
