I would say it is disappointing considering he is also on performance shares too. He now needs to show his worth and return value for shareholders after the pay rise. I also would like to see Chris buy on the market big with his constant pay rises (did he not get an extra $2k USD per month a couple of quarters ago too??). I know he has bought on the market previously but it has not been anything of substantial for someone in Chris’s position. Considering he comes out with recents comments in his last interview, “the numbers will blow you out of the water in next scoping study” so come on Chris, put your money where your mouth is if you are going to state comments like that!!
